CUNEF Universidad is organizing a new seminar on current legal issues as part of the “Thursdays, Law, CUNEF Universidad ” series, to be held on April 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Aula Magna of the Almansa Campus, titled “War and Contracting: The Impact of Conflicts on Legal Certainty.”
The session will feature Miguel Ballenilla, Lieutenant General and Director of CESEDEN; Adolfo Menéndez Menéndez, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defense and attorney; and Estefanía García Alcañiz, Deputy Director of Claims at Mapfre Global Risks. It will be moderated by Andrés Betancor, Director of the Law Department at CUNEF Universidad.
