Biography
Raúl Salgado is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Quantitative Methods at CUNEF Universidad. He leads international, multidisciplinary, high-value project and budget management teams, delivering advanced Network, IT, and TV solutions across the full service lifecycle. He oversees demand and resource management, network architecture and deployment (RAN, Core, Transport, Edge, and multicloud), SDN and security, virtualization and cloud-native platforms, NFV/OSS-BSS orchestration, and DevOps automation. He integrates observability and AIOps with AI/ML for optimization and automated remediation, ensuring validation, go-live, and continuous operations with resilient, secure, and scalable next-generation services.
